• Account information: name, email address, password hash, selected region, account settings, subscription status, and account identifiers.
• Scan information: uploaded images, extracted titles, media type, scan results, pricing statistics, listing information, scan history, collections, notes, and export activity.
• Marketplace and provider information: marketplace connection status, authorization data when you connect an account, marketplace region, listing URLs, and provider response metadata.
• Billing information: subscription plan, payment processor customer and subscription identifiers, payment status, invoice or checkout metadata, and billing portal activity. Full card details are handled by our payment processor and are not stored by FlipFynd.
• Communications: messages you send through contact forms, support emails, feedback, and related contact details.
• Technical information: IP address, device and browser information, log data, cookies or similar identifiers, pages viewed, authentication events, error logs, and security-related activity.

3. How We Use Information

• To create and manage accounts, authenticate users, and secure the Service.
• To process uploaded images, identify titles, run pricing searches, display scan history, and manage collections.
• To provide subscriptions, checkout, billing, cancellation, account limits, and customer support.

4. Automated Processing and Uploaded Images

FlipFynd may use automated image processing, text recognition, and data analysis providers to identify titles and process uploaded images. Uploaded images and extracted text may be transmitted to service providers as needed to generate scan results, troubleshoot failures, prevent abuse, and improve the Service.

Do not upload images that contain sensitive personal information, private documents, payment cards, government IDs, medical information, or other content you do not want processed by FlipFynd or its providers.

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers and partners that help us operate FlipFynd, including:

• Infrastructure and database providers for hosting, storage, logs, backups, and security.
• Image processing and data analysis providers for title extraction, scan processing, and related functionality.
• Marketplace and product data providers for active listing, sold listing, authorization, and market research features.
• Payment processors for checkout, subscription billing, invoices, tax handling where enabled, and billing portal features.
• Email and communications providers for support, transactional emails, contact form delivery, and product communications where permitted by law and your preferences.

Account, billing, scan history, and collection records may be retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period after deletion where permitted or required by law.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No online service can guarantee perfect security, and you are responsible for keeping your password and account access secure.

9. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, restrict, or object to certain processing of your personal information. You may also unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in those emails where available.
